You will receive a confirmation email with all the details after completing your purchase. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us to verify.

Can I modify or cancel an order after purchasing it?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can help you modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form or by email, including your order number.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping usually takes between 24 and 72 business hours. We'll send you an email with the tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

Can I place an order from outside of Spain?

No, at the moment we only ship within Spain.
We are working to expand our shipping areas soon.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Domestic orders over a certain amount qualify for free shipping. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

How can I track my shipment?

Once you complete your purchase, you can track your order status directly from the Shop app. The app will show you real-time updates on shipping and delivery. If you don't use the app, you'll also receive the necessary tracking information via email.

What happens if I'm not home when the order arrives?

The shipping company will attempt a new delivery or leave your package at a nearby collection point. They will notify you by message or email.

Exchanges and returns

How can I make an exchange or return?

Send an email to webfemar@gmail.com with your name, order number, and garment. We will reply within the next few business hours with the next steps to complete the process.
